I found an interesting website for trading and screening relative price performance of the S&P Sector Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs).
http://www.etfscreen.com/sectorstrategyrank.php allows you to see the relative strength of all sectors, both cross-sectionally and by week, color-coded. Whether you use their strategy or not, the data are very helpful.
